The below is normal procedure of recognition.
1. Inform us the address of the father or his cellphone number
2. We negotiate with the father to recognize your child to be in his Koseki.
—-We will do this for the sake of you as a sole agent. You don’t have to come to Japan.
3. In case the father admits to recognize your child, report of recognition will be submitted to city hall.
3-B. In case negotiation doesn’t go well, we proceed to the court process. When the decision is made by court, you come to Japan as a temporary visitor to submit the report of divorce.
4. You are in the father’s Koseki and are eligible for child of Japanese visa
